Michigan Documents Depository Program

The Library of Michigan is directed by legislative statute to collect, distribute and preserve published state government information. Materials produced by Michigan state government agencies in any format (including electronic) are deposited in the Library of Michigan's collections as well as in a network of designated depository libraries around the state to insure Michigan citizens’ free and equal access to state government information.

See the resources here for information on how the program functions, including the type of materials collected, the role of state government agencies, and participating libraries’ location and contact information.
